Returns and Cancellations
Services rendered including coaching, consulting and copywriting are generally not refundable.
Coaching packages are generally non-refundable. Client has 12 months from date of purchase to use all purchased coaching calls, unless an extension has been arranged in advance and agreed upon by both parties and confirmed in writing by Julia Zaslow. Specific terms are included in contracts on a per client basis.
Cancellation of scheduled telephone calls require 48 hours notice or the standard hourly fee of $500 may be charged (or the coaching call counted as “used” and deducted from your package).
Actualize Academy includes a 1-week (from official start date) refund policy. After the first week if you feel that the course is not right for you, just let us know and we’ll happily refund your money.* Just contact us with your request, along with reason you feel the course is not right for you, by using our contact form. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
*Minus a $50 processing fee for Gold Level and $100 for Platinum Level. The value of any completed coaching sessions will be deducted from your refund at a rate of $250 per 30-minute session and $450 per 50-minute session.
Credit Card Chargebacks
A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by us. Purchasing a course or coaching package online constitutes a signed and binding contract as outlined. Deposits are non-refundable.
Returned (NSF) Checks
We charge a $35.00 processing fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.
